You can know which version is best by tracking your test subscriber response. However, Salesforce Commerce Cloud really doesnt provide as many free plugins as WordPress has to offer. For example, with one free plugin you can connect your mailing autoresponder (like Mailchimp) to your woocommerce store. If you have to do that same in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, you will have to think of using Pardot, which is easily another additional 12k USD per year in terms of licenses alone.
